The apartments are sold as condominiums. Each apartment will be finished to a high standard at the respective price. Wall and floor coverings, sanitary fittings, details of the electrical installation, kitchen, stairs, etc., will be customized according to your wishes. A room layout was planned for the building application, which can be individually adjusted for each apartment. The ground floor will be built in solid construction, and the upper floors in element/system construction. For optimal sound insulation between floors, all ceiling elements will be filled with limestone split bedding. This results in ceiling weights of over 600kg/m², which are comparable to solid construction ceilings in every respect.

The first floor will be built in solid construction, the upper floors in element/system construction. For optimum sound insulation between the floors, all ceiling elements are filled with lime chippings. This generates ceiling masses of over 600 kg/m2 and is in no way inferior to solid construction ceilings.
