Execution:
The apartments are sold as condominiums. All apartments will be finished to a high standard at the respective price. Wall and floor coverings, sanitary appliances, details in the electrical installation, kitchen, stairs, etc. will be carried out according to your wishes. For the building application, a room layout was drawn up that can be adapted as required for each apartment. The first floor will be built in solid construction, the upper floors in element/system construction. For optimum sound insulation between the floors, all ceiling elements are filled with lime chippings.
