Your responsibilities
To further digitise our internal processes and raise our brand’s profile, we are looking for a versatile individual who combines IT expertise with marketing creativity.
IT responsibilities
- Maintenance and further development of the entire IT infrastructure
- First- and second-level support for staff
- Coordination of external IT service providers
- Management of hardware, software and licences
- Further development of digital processes
- IT security, data protection and backup strategies
- Support with the introduction of new tools/technologies and staff training
Marketing & Communication
- Development and implementation of the marketing strategy
- Maintenance and further development of the website and social media channels
- Creation of content (text, images, video) relating to projects, products and company news
- Planning and execution of campaigns, events and trade fairs
- Design of brochures, presentations and promotional materials
- Brand management and corporate design
- Analysis of marketing metrics and identification of optimisation opportunities
- Support in establishing and further developing internal knowledge management
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or a degree in (business) IT, marketing, media or a related field
- Broad technical understanding and an enthusiasm for digital solutions
- Experience in online marketing and confidence in using common tools (CMS, social media, graphics software)
- Basic knowledge of networks, IT support and system administration
- Creative thinking combined with a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- High level of personal responsibility, strong communication skills and team spirit
- An interest in timber construction, architecture or craftsmanship is an advantage
